Our Core Team
Joel Malapane is a Mechanical engineer and is Managing Director, he brings 20 years of experience in maintenance, design and business development in the power generation and mining spaces. He has worked for multinationals like General Electric, Rolls Royce and Barloworld Power.
Bernard Muanda is an Electrical Engineer and the Technical Director with 18 years of experience designing Network systems, Substation design, Micro grid design he has also worked on designs of MV and HV switching.
Pheladi Rammala is our Office Manager ,she brings a youthful ambiance to our office and manages output of our small team. Although she has a disability she never allows it to impede on her ability to out work everyone of us. She oversees our administration and every facet of ensuring projects are executed
timelessly.
